The Beginning
Somewhere between here and there, in a place where there is only love, lies the land of the greater good.
The countryside is carpeted with thick green grass and the lakes are shimmering turquoise. The lavender mountains are reflected in the sunny waters. Flowers of every imaginable shape and color can be seen everywhere.
Everyone who is born in the land of the greater good comes into a world of happiness and light. Each person is treated with respect and acceptance, so they learn at a very early age to feel good about themself. They are taught to be responsible for what they think and feel and not blame others or judge them for how they think or feel. This is how they learn to live a balanced life.
Because all the children in the land have learned that love comes from a place deep inside them, they love their selves, their families, their neighbors and all the people they meet each day. They are taught to be kind and friendly and to share all their happy thoughts and feelings with the people around them.
Far away, beyond the here and there, is another place which is very dark and scary. The people wander through the dim lit streets not caring or sharing. The children are not nice and they do not know how to play with each other. They think that everyone else is making them feel bad so they behave in a mean way. They judge everything. Nothing is good enough. There is no balance. There isn¹t anyone who knows how to love. This place is known as mean land.
Sometimes there are those who are tired of being mean and want to change. They don¹t know how because they have been this way for such a long time. They try to find a way out, but their meanness keeps them from seeing the light that comes from love.
Every now and then someone escapes and travels here and there until they stumble onto the gates of the land of the greater good.
Spacesun is the devoted guardian of the gates. With his sweetness and happy attitude, he creates a magic shield which stops any mean land visitors from entering. He is so open and sharing with his love that through his example, he teaches them to be responsible for their own thoughts and feelings and to stop blaming everyone else for the way they are. Then, their meanness and judgments begin to melt away and they become filled with an overwhelming sense of happiness which they haven’t felt since they were born. It is then they are welcomed into the land of the greater good.
Skymoon is the fun loving spirit of merriment and joy. With his great sense of humor he creates a magic place for all the children to experience laughter and feel accepted. He jokes and plays with the new visitors and shows them how to be themselves. It is not long before they feel centered and comfortable living in the land of the greater good.
Spacesun and Skymoon are brothers. They are super heroes. All the people in the land love them and count on them, as their jobs are very important. They are responsible for showing all the newcomers how to open their hearts so their lives can be happy, healthy and productive.
They live in a beautiful cottage near Rainbow Lake with their awesome parents who love them very much. Their nanny and poppop live close by in a little house with a playroom and a delightful outdoor garden. Their Uncle Starbright lives there too.
Spacesun and Skymoon have a glorious life and because of the wonderful ideals and values they learned from the time they were born, they will always know that by opening up their hearts, they will live a balanced life of acceptance and love, in the land of the greater good.
